Action: Look around your community, work place, etc. and be mindful of signs of inequality. Especially inequality based on race and gender. Knowing it is occurring is the first step, but standing against is the even more important. How do you do that? It depends on the situation, but you can let the powers that be know you are aware of it, it is wrong, and that change is needed. Remember you have more power than you think. You can make a difference
