This week we start in our new series: What to do when life gets SPICY!

Here's how life usually happens: We make a decision, other people say and do things, we forget our reasons, we berate ourselves and feel terrible, we don't trust ourselves to make future decisions, we then make lower quality decisions, and so on.

This painful process is cyclical AND it can be interrupted.

In this week's show I teach the quick, powerful tool of remembering your reasons.

First, you have to know that your decision was the best decision based on the information you had. How do we know? Because it was the decision you made; telling ourselves it was the wrong decision is arguing with reality and you will always lose that argument.

Second, go back in time when you made this decision and find your reasons. I promise you had amazing reasons. We just sometimes forget them. When we remind ourselves of the solid reasons for the solid decision, we sink into calm

We feel better.

We trust ourselves.

And we empower ourselves to CONTINUE to make high-quality decisions.
