Welcome our XTREME HUMANS!
Today your host Lou (Devante was unable to make today's episode) gets to sit down with one of the biggest brains in the THUNDERDOME. We introduce you to Eric Bugera. Eric is someone who fell into training at the young age of 12 through the influence of T.V. and other means around him that made him focus more on his own body image and physical performance. Lou comes with some amazing questions for Eric today from his perspective on training, to how transitioning from in-person coaching to the online coaching world has been, and what Eric thinks the differences are between the two.
