We have all felt fear along our lifeโ€™s path. ย And it often arises as weโ€™re moving towards something we really want. It might come in the form of self-doubt, hesitation, self-sabotage, or even avoidance.

So today, weโ€™re going to spend our meditation recognizing any fear we might be feeling right now, so we can move through it and towards everything we want.
