Every single day, you are bombarded with messages telling you how to live your life. How to raise your kids. How to find and keep a loving relationship. How to be successful. How to be happy. 

These messages come from our culture at large, our communities, our families and even from ourselves. And they’re mostly given with a loving intention. 

But no one, my dear, knows what the best path is for you. 

Only YOU know that. Only YOU have the wisdom to design a life that is truly, authentically, and unapologetically yours.  

So the intention of today’s meditation is to invoke the clarity and confidence it takes to follow your own path. To live from the inside out, letting your inner voice powerfully design the life you’re living every single day, rather than succumbing to the external scripts so abundantly available.

Did you have any insights or inspirations come to you during this meditation?

If you could start with a blank page, what would your life look like right now? What would you be doing? How would you be spending your time? Who would be in your life? Where would you live? Be as descriptive as possible and let yourself write without judgement...just let it flow.
