Years ago, I read a book called The One Thing by Jay Papasan and Gary Keller. Iโve always considered myself pretty good at focusing, but the concepts in this book really helped to transform that skill into a bit of a super power. ย So today, I want to share a meditation that will embody the concept of focusing on the one thing that will make the biggest impact for you right now, the one thing that will make everything else easier or unnecessary. ย So you can have the super power of pure focus.
