Procrastination is often rooted in fear, whether it be fear of failure, fear of success, or fear of the unknown, among others. Today, we talk about identifying the specific fear holding you back so you can begin to address it and move past it. Once you clearly understand what is causing your procrastination, you can start taking small, manageable actions to overcome it. Remember, progress is more important than perfection, so don't be too hard on yourself as you work towards breaking the cycle of procrastination.
