We are now officially one week away from the Mother Wound Healing workshop and I thought that touching on the power of our womb space would be a wonderful topic leading up to this special event.

We often forget just how powerful we are as women. Many spiritual teachings regard the womb as a potent portal and holiest part of our body and yet we easily succumb to patriarchal norms of femininity being something to hide and lock away in a box.

In this episode, I will be talking briefly about the power of our womb's wisdom, why the patriarchy would rather we did not all activate this energy, how to know when there is an energetic imbalance in this chakra and also walk you through a short guided meditation to initiate your reconnection with this divine feminine superpower in parallel to helping those of you who are on your Mother Wound Healing journey.
