This episode covers:

An interview with Rick Olderman.Rick graduated from physical therapy school in 1996. After struggling to help his patients, he realized that standard physical therapy education left him unprepared to truly help people with chronic pain or nagging injuries. As a result Rick has spent the last 20 years studying and experimenting resulting in his pioneering approach.

Rick’s approach will help restore vitality, strength, and flexibility to your body. Most importantly, you will gain control of and eliminate pain—for good. Rick believes we all have the ability to solve our own pain and master our bodies given the right tools.

How to take action after listening to this episode:

Fix your working posture! Specifically, if you are standing, focus on unlocking your knees. Put one foot three or four inches in front of the other and shift a little of that weight to your front foot. If you are sitting, think about getting your arms into that close position where your elbows are close to your side and your hands are not extended too far forward to reach for the keyboard. Fit your workspace to YOU, not the other way around.
