She earned her B.S.E. in Early Childhood, Elementary, and Special Education from Seton Hall University and a Master of Arts in Special Education: Learning Disabilities from American University. While at AU, she interned at the Lab School of Washington, a small, independent school that teaches students with learning differences. Jessica currently teaches 4th-grade students within DC Public Schools.
