Bio: Thrive Coach, Julie Kay, is the true representation of an overcomer through crisis and loss. Losing her daughter to an overdose on Fentanyl, March of 2020, caused a passion to bring awareness and save lives. Julie Kay has a B.A. in Psychology, Minor in Counseling and an Advanced Certificate in Life Coaching. She empowers those who have been defined by grief and loss to become overcomers so that they can learn to thrive through it all.
