There is always something that we need to get done and want to get done. We typically end up only taking care of the one we "need" to get done because there is just so much to do in a period of time. So we end up leaving or procrastinating on our wants and desires because we are possibly stressed, overwhelmed or just tired of everything else we have going on. 

In today's episode, I share with you the five steps that will help you minimize the mental and emotional load you may possibly be carrying so that you can begin to focus on what you want to get done.
