Hey lady,

The idea of actually allowing yourself to feel discouraged when things aren’t going as planned is something I empower my clients to do. 

Heres why… 

When you allow yourself to actually FEEL the negative emotion instead resisting it…

is the difference in what you DO or DON’T DO. 

In other words, be honest and real with yourself that you are a human with a brain that will offer you negative thoughts. 

And that’s ok!
