 – The only thing lacking in any situation is your spiritual integrity–

Have you ever felt like you’re having a breakdown? Not a mental breakdown! I’m talking about the kind of breakdown where all the puzzle pieces of life are broken down and nothing seems to fit together the right way.

We’re talking about the breakdown of our spiritual integrity … how it happens … and how we can find our “True Self” again. Because the only thing lacking in any situation is our spiritual integrity. It’s not just integrity from a moral sense, but the spiritual integrity of how we hold ourselves together in complete wholeness.

When we experience some kind of trauma spiritually, emotionally, physically … it can haunt us for years. We try to find success, but it can just elude us because we’re trying to find success amidst our spiritual injury. Maybe it was never properly healed, or maybe we need some coping tools to get through it.

What happens in life challenges that won’t come to resolution is that we’ve had a breakdown of our spiritual integrity. Maybe we’ve lost track of who we are. Maybe we’ve lost track of our core values. Maybe we’ve lost track of our purpose in life, and what we’re doing here.

We may find that our moral compass is corrupted. We don’t know which way is up, we’re confused about whether to go left or right … and we can even feel like we’re completely face-down sometimes, not knowing what to do.

Wouldn’t it make sense that being a whole person with a strong foundation would help us be more successful? Wouldn’t it make sense that if our spiritual integrity is strong, we can more easily dissolve life’s obstacles so that we can bring success TO US?

Understanding the three parts of spiritual integrity will help us center ourselves in a strong foundation where we can re-align with who we are, with our core values, and with a solid direction. Then those life challenges that are designed to test our True Self will serve to strengthen our spiritual integrity so that we can at last find solutions and move on to more positive experiences.
