In the episode 3, last week, we discussed the first three parts of the resilient spirit: hope, spirituality and avoiding numbing behavior. This episode will give some guidance 1) on things you can do to sustain the hope you are finding and 2)on what steps to undertake to cope with the challenging sides of resilience. ⠀
We will talk about resourcefulness and how it can be applied during these times; the role of the support system in our life and the importance of “asking for help”.
