In this episode, I’m sitting down with Koreena Singh, the Founder of Giving Sundays. She started Giving Sundays in July 2020 as a small fundraising project during what felt like global chaos. This platform that she created brought so many new opportunities, collaborations and connections during a time that we all craved interactive most. Koreena and I connected when she was just getting started with Giving Sundays and we hit it off right away connecting over our past careers, our journey in motherhood and really how much we’ve been impacted so far by the pandemic. For many, once becoming mothers, there is a shift that occurs, sometimes it’s subtle over a period of time and sometimes it is a huge shift that happens all at once. This is something we talk a lot about, the identity shift in motherhood and how it impacts our lives in every way.

In this episode of The Motherhood Redefined Podcast, you will learn:

About Giving Sundays and Koreena’s vision for giving back to the communityHow to pursue your passion authenticallyWhat the identity shift can look like in Motherhood

About Koreena Singh

Koreena started Giving Sundays in the summer of 2020 as a small fundraising project during what felt like global chaos; it has taught her more than she ever imagined -- that change and impact really can start with one person. If we want to change the world we have to begin with ourselves. A quote that resonates with her is “only by giving, are you able to receive more than we already have”. The page/platform has also brought many new opportunities, collaborations, and connections during a time which we all crave interaction most.

She is a business/sales coach (hypewoman she likes to call it!); She loves connecting and supporting women in business while impacting and empowering others. She resides in Vancouver, BC with her husband, 2.5 year old son, +  baby girl.
