Mom guilt is a common feeling many mothers experience throughout motherhood. I know for me personally that guilt came from the early stages of when my first child was born and is still with me now with two young children. Looking back through the times of the pandemic, the amount of guilt and feelings that have come up has definitely felt stronger than ever before. This has played a role on how I continue to discover more about myself and how I show up as a mother with my children. This episode is very close to my heart and am SO excited to share this conversation with you. I am speaking to Karinna James, Founder of Seasoned Women and a mentor and coach with a successful background of entrepreneurship. Karinna also happens to be my mother and I am so proud to share her wisdom with all of you. She brings a lot of perspective on both entrepreneurship, personal development — being an only child I learnt a lot from both my parents with both of these and with my Mom, I also had her there helping guide me along the way through all areas of my life and now most recently, in motherhood. We’re talk about to be talking about the Inner Critic and how this shows up for women through their journey in motherhood.
