Before the pandemic, we both lived fast-paced lives where rest was something that got in the way of all the things we were trying to achieve. After experiencing our own version of burnout going into 2020, the universe put us on timeout and we came out of that bigger, brighter and the most well-rested versions of ourselves.


Today, we value rest more than most activities and in this episode we share our journey with falling in love with stillness, rest and by the end you’ll see that REST IS PRODUCTIVE.
