Michele (@michelebacicomedy) shares that she is enduring cabin fever and going slightly insane from sleep deprivation. But doing yoga can fix that, right?

This week’s guest is Katy Dolle (@katydolle), an actress and comedian who hosts the podcast Crying Behind Sunglasses. Katy tells us how she misses traveling because it was good for her mental health. She talks about her short film We'll Never Make It. Michele and Katy discuss the show Love on the Spectrum and Katy tells us how accurate it is, having grown up with a brother who’s autistic.

They discuss the struggles of starting a new podcast, carpal tunnel, and acupuncture. Katy shares her experience with anxiety and panic disorder and how she manages through meditation, journaling, and exercise. Katy tells us how much her life has changed during the pandemic, from her relationships to her acting and comedy career. The ladies discuss how they’d love to have the luxury to live bicoastal lives someday in both New York and LA. Katy recommends practicing an art that you’re bad at to get out of your own head. She shares how she used to do trapeze as a kid at theater camp.

Katy gives advice for managing election stress and anxiety from the news, which comes down to letting go of the need for control. They discuss reproductive rights, IUDs, Amy Coney Barrett, and the electoral college. Katy shares what she would do if she became president.
