Today, I’m talking to Dr Nicola Cann. Nicola, aka “The Family Sleep Consultant”, is passionate about “helping families and professionals better understand sleep for children of all ages”. Through Nicola’s training and coaching she is helping people address this absolutely vital area of wellbeing.

I've been eager to get a sleep expert on the show for a long time now. So I’m very grateful to Nicola, who has a wealth of experience in this field, for offering us her time. I know from my own experience working in a school and talking to friends and family that sleep is an area many people are struggling with.
