In developed countries like the US (where this podcast is based) we may take things for granted, especially for entrepreneurs. We have access to awesome tools, the latest trends, and tech that other underdeveloped countries may not have.

How do we know this? In this podcast episode, we have Gent Huruglica who is a brand creator and the founder of Software Designs and Urban Clothing Line. Gent is from Kosovo, which is a country small country in Southeastern Europe with a population of about 2 million.

Gent Huruglica explains that all the new marketing trends and tools that start in developed countries have a delay effect in underdeveloped countries like Kosovo. As a result, the entrepreneurial know-how and opportunities are so strong like in the US, UK, Australia, Japan, etc.

Despite the hurdles of not having access to the latest tech, tools, and marketing trends, Gent Huruglica was still able to become a pioneer and entrepreneur in his home country of Kosovo. In Kosovo, entrepreneurship is completely foreign and the idea of creating a personal brand is non-existent. This, however, did not stop Gent from growing his personal brand and making money by teaching people design and branding.
