Previous Episode: My Guilt And My Shame

Bella and Monsuta ride some great feels and intimate lows (but not a new motorcycle, there is no new motorcycle) to playfully discuss the serious business of processing emotions and feelings.

Processing can be extremely difficult and doing it alone may not always be the best option. If you would like to find a therapist to help you work through some of the difficulties of your life, you can search your local phone directory, get a referral from a loved one, do a web search, or even try finding one here.

As promised in the episode, here are some links to help each of our polyam fam build on processing skills. As always, we sincerely hope our discussion and our vulnerability provides you the space to open up and to grow in beautiful ways. If this is how our episodes affect you, please share your growth with us if you'd like to shout to the world on how you've evolved into a more capable loving human being, we can keep you as anonymous as you'd like. FIRST - Our Shoutouts:
Joseph Gordon-Levitt, movie star and mastermind behind the show HitRecord, has jumped into the podcasting world with his new show, Creative Processing which can be found on multiple podcast platforms. In his first episode, director Rian Johnson says something which blows Monsuta's mind.

We discussed The Feeling Good Handbook by David D. Burns, M.D. and you can purchase this book HERE.

We also momentarily discussed the 9 Step Process to Processing Your Emotions from the book The Wisdom Of The Enneagram, written by Don Richard Riso and Russ Hudson.
