Today’s Super Healthy podcast minute is on the benefits of Yoga.   I am going to my yoga class later today and I know the benefits of Yoga for me have been better flexibility, mind body connection and relaxation.


Other benefits for people doing Yoga include better posture, disc health, bone health, blood flow, lymph flow which boosts immunity, and reduce blood pressure.  Yoga helps you focus, improves your balance, reduce tension which can lead to better sleep, and expand your lungs.


Yoga is something to consider if you have concerns with any of the above.
