Training is widely misunderstood in the world.


Many people think it's as simple as "go to the gym, pick some exercises and do them" and that will deliver transformational results.


No - that's not how it works.


Of course I always point out that ANY movement is better than NO movement, but that's similar to comparing "bad" to "worse".


Training splits matter, and how you distribute your exercise selection and intensity matters. The words used to describe a strategic and intelligent training split are:


-Periodization

-Mesocycling

-Microcycling


If those elements aren't built into your training protocol, or you don't understand them, then I highly recommend you re-think your approach and get some clarity around them. Doing this is how you'll maximize your results and REALLY create that composition change.
