Martin Friedman and Ragivah Mahdi return in our new episode. They are back again to continue discussing their experiences with toxic masculinity. This new podcast is about their thoughts on the true strength of a man. From a young age boys learn that their physical strength and work ethic will determine how masculine they are. So many men are taught to work as hard as they can to provide for their families to become the man of the house. M shares his experiences with feeling overworked and feeling like he didn’t have a choice to do what made him happy. So many men live each day by surviving instead of living. The truth is we all have a choice. We can choose to become what was taught to us for so many years, or choose a path that fulfills our happiness. The Soul Focused Group believes we can all break away from learned behavior that is making us unhappy. We hope this podcast can inspire everyone to trust their truth, and believe in their strength.
