I Lost Everything

September 16, 2019 04:00 - 5 minutes - 6.45 MB

After updating my computer this past weekend I got a completely white screen and tried multiple times to revive my computer. After several failed attempts I ended up having to format my hard disc which means I lost EVERYTHING on my desktop.  No one ever thinks these things are going to happen to us but when it does its a humbling experience. I don't feel it's worth sweating the small things when I'm happy, healthy, alive and well. I hope you can all learn from my mistake and back up your...

My Thought Process

September 13, 2019 04:00 - 8 minutes - 10 MB

Today's episode is more of a journal entry. I really enjoy the tangent of thought that comes from this unknown source. As I get to know the source I'll share the journey with you. Still plan on sharing interviews, stories, and all that jazz Monday - Friday but might experiment with more of these tangents because their fun and thought provoking. Hope you have a wonderful weekend! Your great :)

I Disagree

September 12, 2019 04:00 - 5 minutes - 6.04 MB

It's not bad to disagree. Do you agree? haha  On today's episode I talk about an experience that left me with a new perspective on disagreement. As some one who has always steered clear of conflict and been a people pleaser most of my life I'm not running from disagreement anymore. In fact I kind of love it. If we start to uncover the stories and experiences to led each of us to our beliefs we begin to understand each other on a much deeper level. Love and Gratitude! Solomon

A Fresh Perspective

September 10, 2019 04:00 - 6 minutes - 7.33 MB

I had an unexpected accident happen to me a few days ago that radically changed up my perspective. It's amazing how quickly we can gain a deeper understanding through experience.  On today's episode I share some thoughts around health and wellness as well as how my minor incident left me with a fresh perspective. Be well!

The Revolutionary Field of Cytopathy

September 09, 2019 04:00 - 36 minutes - 42 MB

I found the ideas in this article to be thought provoking and even though some of it may seem to be bashing mainstream medicine I do appreciate the positive intentions that all doctors have. I am an optimist at heart and believe that MOST doctors have my best interest at heart.  I'd love to hear your thoughts on this simplistic approach to complex disorders!  Thanks for listening :)

Stephen Ezell has been accused of being a disruptive thought leader in the conscious capital movement. He's positioned multiple companies strongly in their markets and have created sustainable jobs in three countries. He's impacted many businesses that needed clarity of vision, capital, infrastructure, distribution, branding, and development. He geeks out on guerrilla marketing especially digital, creating blue ocean strategies, simply solving complex problems and mostly serving people...

I Might Fail

August 30, 2019 04:04 - 9 minutes - 11.1 MB

After about 3 failed attempts recording a podcast yesterday I found myself looking for other creative things to share.. That's when I found a song that I recorded on my looper a few weeks ago titled "I Might Fail". It's a tune that I made up on the spot and even though it's a little rough around the edges it felt like a perfect piece to leave you with for the weekend. Even though mistakes can be a bit hard to accept sometimes I think they are crucial to our development. If we're afraid o...

Outside The Box

August 29, 2019 04:00 - 7 minutes - 8.36 MB

It's easy to get caught up in thinking that "success" is what everyone else is doing. If we could only just get it done or attain the next level we'd be that much closer to our dreams... I think this might be a flawed premise. No one ever makes history from doing the same exact thing as everyone else. It's risky to stand out from the crowd but I believe it's what makes you special. What is thought you've never thought before? Take a moment and give yourself some room to let in a new thou...

The Watermelon

August 28, 2019 04:00 - 7 minutes - 8.97 MB

Lindsay and I tried our hands at gardening this summer! What a great experience. Even though our plot is at a friends property and they handled most of the watering we checked in on our kiddos ever week or two.  I can't tell you how good it feels to eat food that we planted! It's such an intimate connection to feel supported by mother nature and reconnect to my (literal) roots.  In today's episode I share a pretty incredible story about how our watermelon plant survived multiple frosts. ...

Course Creation

August 26, 2019 04:00 - 7 minutes - 8.28 MB

I have always loved the process of learning but never expected that I'd be drawn to teaching. Over the past few months I've been learning how to create step by step courses as well has how to host them online. This past weekend I've been hard at work building out a new course with my friend Dan. It's amazing how much work goes into consolidating and bringing together a multitude of different ideas into a simple step by step process. Do you have course idea? Reach out! solgoodmedia@gmai...

Feeling Grateful

August 23, 2019 04:00 - 7 minutes - 8.32 MB

Spending the next few days in my hometown with family and working on some creative projects. I feel so lucky and blessed to be able to spend time with my parents at this stage and age in my life.  Time passes quickly but it also begins to slow down when we change our environment around. Happy to reconnect and catch up on how things are going with the gang.

Meeting of the Minds

August 22, 2019 04:00 - 7 minutes - 8.74 MB

To me success is based in the quality of my relationships. This week I was lucky to be part of a mastermind group hosted by Taylor Cramer from The Cold Shower Podcast. I went into the experience not knowing anyone and left feeling like I had just made a lot of friends with a ton of valuable resources and skills.  In this episode I share some thoughts about community and my experience at the meeting of the minds.

Tell Your Grand Kids

August 21, 2019 04:00 - 8 minutes - 9.62 MB

What stories do you want to tell your grand kids? Whether your in the midst of writing those stories or already have grand kids it's always fun to think about our lives as a storyboard. We get to plan out and live out anything we can imagine. I've always been drawn to the quote "if you don't change direction, you might end up where you are headed" What are you up to? Who are you becoming? Whether your on the path expected or not it's fun to hit the drawing board once and awhile and dream...

Last Week's Brainstorms

August 20, 2019 04:00 - 13 minutes - 15 MB

Today I decided to go back through last weeks brainstorms and shed some light on what came up as I was writing. In this episode we'll explore the idea of how it's the daily memories and the things we see everyday that we rarely capture.  While I was looking through old pictures with my girlfriend Lindsay I found the pictures of the simple "normal" situations to be the most interesting.

Thanks Google

August 19, 2019 04:00 - 7 minutes - 8.63 MB

In a world where we can literally learn anything in minutes I wanted to explore one of the platforms that make it all possible. Google was co-founded by Larry Page and Sergey Brin and believe it or not Larry Page is from my hometown. I went to the same middle school and high school that he attended. On Today's episode I explore the origin of Google and share some thoughts on what it means to be a life long learner. I hope you enjoy!

The Blank Page

August 14, 2019 04:00 - 6 minutes - 6.91 MB

As I sit here staring at the blank page I start to see it populate with words and symbols that reflect the thought that I am currently sharing. Every time I sit down to a blank page or my recorder I have this overwhelming feeling of infinite potential. You don’t know what I’m about to say and neither do I. And I love this space of creating on the leading edge because it’s completely unknown.    I’ve been told over and over again through reading and exploring other podcasts that creators ...

And A Child Shall Lead Them

August 13, 2019 04:00 - 14 minutes - 16.3 MB

What if you could radically shift your mindset and be grateful for things in your life that haven't even happened yet. How would you feel?  The vibrational essence that we are emanating from our beings in this moment is attracting future circumstances, events and collapsing into existence our entire reality. Today on the show we explore an experp from one of Joe Dispensa's books "Breaking The Habit of Being Yourself" (The link above is an affiliate link and if you buy the book you also...

Your Vibrational Ladder

August 06, 2019 04:00 - 4 minutes - 5.54 MB

Turn your mistrusting impatience into relaxed anticipation, then gradually turn your relaxed anticipation into confident expectation, then your vibration of confident expectation will turn whatever it is that matches your true desire into manifestation. However—make sure you learn to enjoy every stage of this process of stepping up your vibrational game otherwise you most likely regress back to mistrusting impatience. This is the creation ladder to manifesting whatever it is you are truly in...
