The Watermelon

Lindsay and I tried our hands at gardening this summer! What a great experience. Even though our plot is at a friends property and they handled most of the watering we checked in on our kiddos ever week or two. 

I can't tell you how good it feels to eat food that we planted! It's such an intimate connection to feel supported by mother nature and reconnect to my (literal) roots. 

In today's episode I share a pretty incredible story about how our watermelon plant survived multiple frosts.
