I realized that I was managing tasks instead of managing people, which meant that even when I delegated tasks to my team, I was still overwhelmed with work.

To solve this problem, I started delegating roles instead of tasks. By assigning specific roles to team members, they took ownership of the tasks within their role, which freed up my time and reduced my workload. I also made sure to set clear communication guidelines and touch-points to ensure that everyone was on the same page, and tasks were completed efficiently.
