There are a small number of ambitious women who truly feel good mentally, physically, and emotionally. What this means is that there are many more out there who appear to have it all together, but who are actually exhausted, overwhelmed, filled with self-doubt, and just feeling rough. This needs to change, and, as you know by now, I’m obsessed with doing just that.

We tend to ask ourself negative questions throughout the day that are NOT effective. Today, I am challenging you to ask yourself good questions which, although they may make you feel a bit uncomfortable, will move you forward, empower you, and give you hope. You shouldn’t have to suffer and struggle to have the life you want, and the ‘5 W’s and an H’ which I pose to you in this episode will help move you in the right direction so that you can, indeed, thrive instead.
