Quitting has gotten a bad rap. There’s a negative connotation associated with leaving things behind, unfinished; not staying committed.

We’re told to never give up. Keep going. Don't quit.

But, there are consequences to not quitting. We miss out on opportunities and growth; sometimes sacrifice our health if we don’t quit things.  So today on the She Doesn’t Settle episode I’m sharing why I want you to get good at quitting and six ways you can quit.

Quitting has to be part of your vocabulary if you’re going to stop settling. So, be sure to listen and then let me know what you intend to quit!
