When it comes to goal setting, accountability means being held responsible for the effort you put into working towards your goals. Some people have resistance around the word — feeling as if it implies you are “less than” if you need accountability to succeed.

And you know what I say? That couldn't be further from the truth.

When we view accountability as an essential piece of the overall plan to achieving a goal, it can create a sense of ownership and satisfaction that leads to hitting milestones and increasing your ability to achieve your desired goals.

In today’s She Doesn’t Settle episode, I’m talking — you guessed it — all about accountability.

In this discussion you’ll learn, what accountability is, why it works, how to get out of your own way (so you can use accountability effectively) and how to find accountability outside of yourself. You’ll also hear me talk about 4 things that will help you stay accountable, whether you have support or you’re doing it yourself.

And…if you’re interested in my new group program, send me an email at [email protected] with the subject “Beta Test”.
