So, Let’s continue with some Adult Sex Ed!

The G Spot is not actually part of the female sexual anatomy. A study using ultra sound found that our G-spot is so sensitive and responds so well to stimulation because the clitoral root is located right behind the anterior or front vaginal wall, which is where the “g-spot” has been said to be located.

The most popular way to stimulate the G-spot is by using two fingers along the anterior vaginal wall and motioning with a “come hither” movement.

A-Spot aka the anterior fornix erogenous zone is a couple more inches up and back (again, depending on the vagina) and you’ll find that using a “left to right” motion like a windshield wiper, will stimulate this spot.

It's also known as the Female Prostrate, so only Cisgender women and people assigned female at birth have the potential to actually reach this spot.

It’s best to use toys that have a slight curve and/or have the capability to motion whether that is a revolving tip or zone. There are toys that have like “a thumper”on the shaft, along with a vibrating feature so that you can stimulate both the A-Zone/Spot and G-Spot at once.

Doggy is a very standard position for reaching these spots. You can also do Lifted Missionary, and use a few pillows or a sex wedge.

Let’s move onto the K-Spot which is the hardest to have an orgasm through and can be one of the more painful to stimulate because it is located at the base of the cervix. Vulva owners, it's very possible to have a k-spot orgasm aka cervical orgasm but it's not as common because we don’t know enough about this erogenous zone to explore it from a mindset of pleasure.

It’s more about the fullness and the pressure than it is about the sensation…that is where stimulation of the Clitoris and these other spots come into play and because k-spot Orgasms are so unique, they require a certain type of stimulation and can be reached by deep penetrative positions that include Cowgirl which allows for the top to slide as far down the penis or dong as feels comfortable.

Our final two spots are the U-Spot which is neighbor to our exterior C-spot right above the urethral opening and our O-Spot which is located opposite of G-Spot toward the back vaginal wall, right up against the anal walls.

The U-spot is between your Glands Clitoris and your Urethral opening and it’s a part of your Labia Minora. So receiving exterior clitoral stimulation + either penetration or just stimulation to the vaginal canal, you are hitting all of these erogenous zones all at once.

The O-Spot can be stimulated by applying pressure toward the back vaginal wall, any toys such as the vibrators that have multiple speeds and settings, rotating heads, or the revolving beads, using butt plugs to help apply pressure to the O-spot from inside the anal wall as well as DP definitely will do the trick

Some positions that can help stimulate the O-spot are, Reverse Cowgirl bend over. This works with penises with an upward curve or dongs that have a slight curve to them.

If you would prefer to stimulate with fingers or oral, a nice way to do this is with a face sit, like you would if you were going to 69, but you sit up and the bottom can finger you with palms facing up so that their fingers curl towards the back vaginal wall and they can do some oral stimulation to your sphincter.

Just remember to be gentle, and to communicate if you’re exploring with a partner. All mutual sexual exploration requires, Communication, Respect  & Trust. If this was helpful, insightful, entertaining, and you think that someone else will benefit from it, please feel free to share. K cause sharing is caring and knowledge is power and we all want to be kind and smart.
