Neel Doshi, coauthor of Primed to Perform: How to Build the Highest Performing Cultures Through the Science of Total Motivation, calls on his decades of research understanding what is at the heart of motivation and what drives high performance at schools, companies, and other organizations. 

Culture can often feel soft, undefinable and difficult to create. Neel Doshi and Lindsay McGregor’s work gives a framework and a way of measuring motivation and, by extension, culture. Doshi examines direct and indirect motives and explains “why we work determines how well we work.”
