Anxiety is your body's natural response to stress, uncertainty, fear, danger, etc. It's a feeling of fear or apprehension about what's to come. We all deal with anxiety on some level. Although anxiety usually doesn’t go away, you can learn to manage it and live a happy, healthy life.


So today we will be discussing what anxiety is, some natural remedies to relieve some of the stress and anxiety you may cope with every day and how to identify and support the children in your care who may be dealing with anxiety.
