Cultivating a night time routine is an amazing practice that better supports our mental health. This is a great way to give yourself the gift of ease with your morning tasks. However, an effective night time routine has to have a proper foundation.

When building your nighttime routine, ask yourself: How do I want to feel in the mornings? Once you’ve answered this question, then you can establish  habits to support your goals. Your ideal nighttime routine will be unique to you, so personalize your night time routine with activities and habits you find relaxing and helpful.

For me a night time routine is vital because I value waking up at 5:30 am to practice my self care routine of exercising, planning my day and spending time with myself. Listen in as I share my night time routine that allows me to go to bed by 9:30 am so that I am up at 5:30 am.

I would love to hear what your routines are, so leave a comment below or connect with me on twitter. Self-care is an ever evolving process, sharing ideas helps the process grow.
