We are told ‘do not be afraid’.  We know most fear is negative and over exaggerated.  What can we learn about fear to honor it, assess it to have a healthy understanding and relationship with it?    Understanding how fear works in our mind and body and strategies to have a healthy relationship with fear.  Use fear to propel us into living not postpone our life.
