In episode 28, I discuss surrender. It’s a feeling that is so hard to conceptualize and no matter how hard we try, can’t actually understand with our mind. For me it is felt with trust, grace, Source, presence and mindfulness. When we realize that we are not the ones in control and that we will get to where we’re going no matter what, we can get there with more peace and calm through surrender. It’s working through something as it comes up instead of fighting against the possibility of it.
