In this episode, we dig deeper into "the ladder" of our nervous systems. We offer real-life scenarios to reflect on as a practice for a deeper understanding of the ladder concept. We share personal stories of how the ladder plays out in our day to day lives. We discuss identifying patterns in our own behaviors and reflecting on whether or not these patterns are serving our best selves. We offer examples of how we use the  RISE system as a checklist to create empowering thoughts and behaviors. We reference Marie Kondo and her book The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up.
