Previous Episode: Trailer

In this first episode, Caitlin explains why resting is one of the most seditious things we can do in this culture, and how that is especially true for women. Plus, some fun facts about lions!

*Please note that when Caitlin talks about "culture" in this episode, she is referring to the mainstream, capitalist culture of the United States. Inherent in many cultures around the world are healthy rhythms for rest and play, work and leisure. Those natural rhythms have largely been neglected and pushed aside in the U.S. in favor of fueling the economic powers that be.
