We all have to weather internal storms in life. This 35 minute Yoga Nidra meditation is to bring ease for those dark times of deep sorrow, depression, or sadness.  

Yoga Nidra is backed by science as a way to become less emotionally reactive and to balance the nervous system.  

Yoga Nidra is not a yoga practice, it is translated to Yoga Sleep, and is usually done by lying down or finding rest in a comfortable and supported seated position. No experience is necessary.
