Picture yourself standing on a rocky cliff. The lighthouse’s search light stares out at the sea. A light rain drizzles. Relax and close your eyes. Let the sounds of the waves pull away your anxiety. Focus on the ocean. Your heart rate slows. Everything is calm and serene.
Why I made this soundscape
On the back wall, above my bed, are two porthole windows. The light from the street shines through them. I often lie in bed looking at them. They remind me of a lighthouse. A beacon in the fog searching for me. A light trying to bringing me safety home.
