Well, what can we say, we're not experts on the subject of religion, spirituality, and faith but we both have a relationship with them, so you could say that we're experts in our own unique ways. The conversation of religion and spirituality can be filled with love, joy, and commonality, and it can also invoke an emotional charge for numerous reasons. Isn't religion one of 'those topics' that we're told not to talk about (along with politics)? In this episode, we talk about our childhood experiences with religion/spirituality; how that particular relationship shaped us, and how we are both stepping into our own unique relationship with faith today. 

We even try to sort out if religion and spirituality mean the same thing.... 😳
