Aurianna and I explore our experiences of neurodivergence and how that relates to sensitivity, attunement and being with others in a way they feel seen, heard and understood.  We also talk about plant medicine journeys and the importance of practicing the concepts of "less is more" and "integration".  We end by getting to hear about Aurianna's passion for death and dying as a death doula.
