Renée Hilliard, MD discusses how focusing on creating a connected and warm relationship with our clients and patients can make it or break it in terms of healing.  She shares about her experiences as a physician, and now a coach and how creating time and space for our own nervous systems and self-care are imperative in keeping us from burnout.  This thought provoking conversation shows us how tending to ourselves and those we work with in health and wellness with great humanity matters.
