So this podcast had a new name for a hot minute, but we're going back to ask the health expert because that really says it all and allows me to cover all the things that will help you. And stay healthy, long story short, we shifted it because anti-diet is a big focus of my mission to help people get healthy and lose weight.

And most importantly, stop dieting as a hobby and in my new book, which I'm super excited about. I'm focusing on the ways dieting can work as a therapeutic tool for healing. Not as your hobby and not as a lifestyle. So it's a great message. And one, I really hope you'll take to heart, but I learned anti diet kind of can be a little bit of a, head-scratcher a little confusing.
