Calorie counting and tracking your macros can be difficult at first, but after a few weeks the process will become easier and take less time. Tracking is one of the best ways to help you achieve your goals in a vacuum, but life doesn't happen in a vacuum and life has a lot of different stressors, so sometimes the Math is redundant, if you do not have the habits that go along side them.

The hosts bat back and forth between the pro's and con's of tracking calories and how that can set you up with the skills needed to Intuitively eat. 

There are a lot of different methods people use to help them lose/gain weight, and ultimately the best option is the one you can stick to without too much added stress.
