Our nervous systems have been hard-wired and trained to manage challenging behaviours in many different ways, depending on social and environmental programs that we have been gifted or had to learn to survive.
In this episode, I talk about the level of training I have had to deal with challenging behaviours and explain how to navigate the emotionally taxing times when we are expected to be in environments we may or may not want to be in. Whether by choice or force. There is a way to manage, mitigate and navigate somewhere inbetween.
