Mike & Byron geek out on some of the best books in the business for gym training, strength, physique and nutrition. Mike also includes several books he loves on management and leadership.
As coaches much of our time away from the gym is spent in research and continually refining our knowledge and ability.
Much of the high street shelves are dominated by glossy magazines and constant new releases for the latest diet fad, Mike and Byron do not advise pursuing these kind of resources and detail why.
Where there are many voices and much shouting in the fitness space, there are few voices that are really worth your time and money.
We consider part of our jobs as being filtering out the nonsense and bringing you only the most effective systems to help you.
Too many resources want to entertain you, and that leads to exercise NOT training.
