At PwC, Koon currently lead the transformation of PwC Assurance target operating model which includes leadership responsibilities of more than 300 onshore and offshore auditors.
As the go-to strategic advisor on offshoring operating model in the firm, she is often consulted by other business divisions on the how to offshore and operationalise the model.Koon is also the founder of "#careerhack with Koon" where she has over 8,000 LinkedIn followers with 2.5 million in viewership.
In an effort to give back, she also provides career mentoring to those who are transitioning to leadership roles or have barriers to their career aspirations, she donates all proceeds from her coaching to charity.
