In this episode, Jeffery speaks to Alexandra Egan, a communications mentor and coach who is known for her passionate, no bullshit approach.
Alexandra came to Australia as a 5-year old with her Greek migrant parents. Her pain as a child who struggled to communicate across language and cultural barriers made her acutely aware of the need to communicate authentically in order to build fulfilling relationships. It also inspired her journey into becoming the brilliant communicator she is today.
She specialise in managing communication under pressure and in extremely challenging circumstances, breaking down communication barriers, clearing out the blockages, and developing people to get the job done.
With over 30+ years’ experience working in prisons, with victims of crime, witness protection and the like, she understands that managing communication strategically is the most effective way to mitigate risks and avoid a crisis.
